When a candidate has completed their assessment(s), you can generate reports*. To check whether the candidate has completed any assessments, look at the status. A green indicator under “Status” means the candidate has completed at least one assessment.
*Please note: whether you can generate a report right away depends on the settings. For example, if you have configured the system so that the candidate gains access to the results first, the candidate will need to release the results before you can generate a report. Additionally, for processes, a process must first be completed before the system considers it finished.
When you click on the candidate’s name, you can also see which assessments the candidate has completed — for example, in this case, the Work-related Personality Adaptive. Once you have done that, click on the three dots in the top right corner next to the assessment and then click “Generate report.” Alternatively, click the “Reports and documents” icon and then the “+” to generate a new report.
Next, fill in all the relevant details. If you used the “+”, first select the assessment for which you want to generate a report. You can then select which report you want to generate and which report options you want to apply.
After this, the report is generated and shown in the reports overview. Click on the document to open the report.
The report is also available under “Documents & Media.”
IMPORTANT: The generated report will only be visible in your Documents & Media if you have the rights to view this candidate’s reports. For more information, see the explanation on user permissions.
