Leadership Profile
With this complete Leadership Profile you uncover hidden talents and prepare future leaders for further growth. With in-depth insights into leadership competencies, styles, and pitfalls, the assessment consists of the following combination of questionnaires:
- Work-related Personality
The Work-related Personality is a validated and reliable questionnaire that provides a personality profile based on a comparison of the scores obtained on the personality factors and scales with the norm group. - Career Drives
The valid and reliable Career Drives questionnaire provides insight into drivers or motivators at work. - Situational Leadership
The Situational Leadership outlines a picture of the candidate’s leadership styles. By determining the effectiveness of different responses in leadership scenarios, it measures how well a candidate understands leadership situations.
Application
The assessment was developed for selection situations, to provide insight into the candidate’s leadership qualities, pitfalls, and leadership style. The candidate can also use the insights to (further) develop themselves as a leader, which makes the assessment suitable for advice as well.

Scientific basis
The theoretical starting point of the assessment is the Full Range Leadership Model by Bass & Avolio (1985). The choice for this model is explained in our manual. This model posits that there are three types of leadership styles: Transformational, Transactional, and Laissez-Faire leadership. The Leadership Profile gives the candidate feedback on the extent to which he or she matches each of these leadership styles and has aptitude for the associated competencies. The candidate’s match and aptitude for competencies are determined on the basis of their personality, drives, and insight into leadership situations.
