Learning Agility Profile

Everyone deals with changes in their personal life. Organizations also change continuously. An agile mindset in the workplace makes teams flexible and responsive in a rapidly changing environment. Prepare for the future by recruiting and developing agile candidates.

Application
The Learning Agility Profile is used for both selection and development questions. It is well suited for team development, change processes, changing role and task content, and the implementation of different work processes.

Description
What is an agile mindset? People with an agile mindset are open to feedback, eager to keep learning, and not afraid to try out new ways of working. They contribute to the agility of the organization, enabling it to effectively tackle not only current but also future challenges.

The Learning Agility Profile is a test program that provides insight into a candidate’s capacity for change in the workplace. The assessment consists of a combination of the following validated and reliable tests:
  • Work-related Personality
  • Career Drives

This combination gives you a complete and comprehensive insight into a candidate’s agile mindset.

Scientific basis
To indicate the extent to which the candidate has an agile mindset, the Diffusion of Innovations model by Everett Rogers (1965) is used. In this model, Rogers describes how a new idea spreads in different stages, depending on who embraces the idea. The five main groups, from a high to a low Agile Mindset, are: Innovators, Early Adopters, Early Majority, Late Majority, and Laggards.

Research has shown that a number of characteristics determine the extent to which people can deal well with change. In our test report, these characteristics come together in three pillars: Power, Change, and Growth.

  • Power describes the extent to which a candidate has the energy to deal with change.
  • Change indicates how well a candidate embraces change.
  • Growth reflects the extent to which a candidate wants to keep growing.
