Logical Reasoning

Logical Reasoning measures the ability to arrive at logical conclusions.

Application
Logical Reasoning can be used in selection procedures, particularly for roles in which forming judgements and drawing correct conclusions from verbal information is important. The test is specifically relevant for roles in which (complex) texts and spoken language must be understood. Examples include lawyers, policy officers and journalists.

Items
The items consist of syllogisms: two statements and a conclusion. The aim is to assess the validity of the conclusion on the basis of what is stated in the two statements.
