Introduction
Welcome to the Assessment Platform!
You have several ways to use the system. You can invite candidates to complete an assessment. You can also assign them to a process, to which you can optionally add assessments. In addition, you can assign advisors who can also manage candidates.
Glossary of Terms
The manual uses a number of terms that are explained below:
- Assessment: an assessment is an online questionnaire, test, game, or simulation.
- Process: a process is a standard package that can include assessments, written content, and the exchange of information with a candidate.
- Task: the term “task” covers all actions a candidate can complete within the system. This can refer to either an assessment or a process.
- Candidate: a candidate is the person who receives and completes the task.
- Advisor: the advisor is the person who can create candidates, assign assessments, and view results.
- Co-advisor: this is a second person who, alongside the advisor, has access to a candidate’s progress and results.
- Organization administrator: this is the person who, in addition to having advisor rights for candidates, is also the administrator of the environment. An organization administrator can change settings for the entire organization, view subscription details, and create users.
- Contact person: this person can, for example, have limited visibility into an assigned candidate on behalf of a client and can view final reports.
