Tips for using Lixy
1. Never share personal data
Lixy is designed to interpret test results, not to process personal data. To safeguard privacy and security, never enter sensitive information, such as:
- Name, address, date of birth
- Bank details or other financial information
- Contact details of other people
- Other sensitive personal information
Why? Lixy is not intended to store personal information, and entering it can create risks of data breaches or privacy issues.
2. What questions can you ask Lixy?
Lixy helps you understand test results and provides insights based on the scores and the accompanying explanation of the scales and constructs. Some examples of questions or tasks you can give Lixy:
- “Give a general profile sketch of the candidate based on the scores.”
- “Which strengths and development points emerge from the test results?”
- “Give 5 interview questions for a job interview for the position of accountant.”
- “Name the three most important development areas of the candidate.”
Tip: Phrase questions as specifically as possible, for example with the scale or constructs you want to know more about.
3. What to do if you do not get the desired answer
Sometimes Lixy may give an answer that does not fully match your question. In that case:
- Check your question: Sometimes it helps to phrase the question a little more specifically or differently.
- Use examples: Add an example of a score or situation so that Lixy can respond more concretely.
- Ask for clarification: You can ask: “Can you explain this in more detail?” or “Can you place this point in an example situation?”
- Use multiple questions: Break complex questions down into smaller, clear questions for a better result.
By following these guidelines, you use Lixy safely and efficiently and get the most out of interpreting test results without risk to privacy.
