Default reports

Default report

For all assessments available within your organisation, you can set the default report. The report that is set as the preference is generated automatically when a candidate completes an assessment. You can, for example, choose between a short or extended report, or a specific language. The options differ per assessment. You can set a different report by searching for the correct assessment — optionally using the search bar — and selecting it. You can then change the report by clicking the pencil icon.

Tip: The default report indicates which report should be generated automatically. However, it is still always possible to generate a different report at a later time, for example in another language.

If available, an extended report is set by default. In an extended report, more textual explanation is given of the assessment results. This is possible, for example, with the Work-related Personality Inventory. When you select a short report, only the results are shown in a graphical overview without textual explanation. In addition to the length of the report, you can also set the default language of the report. The language depends on the languages in which the report is available. In some cases, as in the example below, you can also select a report from another assessment; in this case, for example, you can generate a Personality Colours report for 70 credits.

Tip: It is also possible to select a default report in another language for an English assessment.
