Talent Development Profile

The Talent Development Profile is intended for employees who want to know how they can develop further, within or outside their current role. This assessment is used in development programs, orientation on training or courses, or as part of the HR cycle. The assessment also provides direction for the next steps in professional and personal development after hiring and onboarding a new employee. The report is easy to interpret and discuss with the manager or an HR(D) advisor.
