Adding processes

In the ''Develop processes'' section in the left-hand menu, you can add, edit, and publish your processes.

There are two types of processes. Ixly process templates are example processes you can use for your candidates, or as inspiration for your own templates. Examples include a Career Assessment, New Employee Onboarding, a Selection Assessment, and a Life Coaching Programme.

To use an Ixly template, select the ''Process templates'' tab and choose the process you want. You can copy it by clicking the two squares with a ''+''. The copied assessment is then moved to Develop processes.

You will also find your own templates under ''Develop processes''. These are the templates you have created yourself or copied from our templates and edited as needed.

Click ''+'' to create a new process. In the chapter ''Building a process'', we explain how you can build a process yourself.

When you have added a new process, you go straight to the process settings for the new process.

There you can add a title for your process, a description of your process, the language, and a label. You can also set the order of the steps. You can choose whether:
  • the candidate may complete the steps in any order
  • the candidate can only continue after submitting the current step
  • the candidate can only continue after the current step has been approved
In the chapter on process settings, we explain the other settings in more detail.
